Alumni Committee

The Alumni Committee goes to great lengths to foster this relationship by facilitating interactions between
a meaningful and mutually beneficial connection with the current students and the alumni community

Alumni Interaction/Guest City Connects:
Lecture (Dhwani): The annual city gathering offers alumni a platform to

year. These interactions offer students valuable In-Sync:
opportunities to gain practical insights into the
corporate world and prepare themselves effectively The committee releases “In-Sync,” VGSoM’s annual
magazine, which showcases the latest campus
Mentorship Programme: activities, ensuring our alumni stay well-informed
and connected.
The committee assigns each first-year student an
Alumni mentor. This program offers students the
chance to benefit from the extensive experience of
our alumni, gaining valuable industry insights and
future guidance.

Reminiscence:

This event serves as a journey into the realm of
cherished memories, where participants reminisce
about delightful moments, experiences, and emotions
from their outstanding days as alumni.

Endowment Fund:

VGSoM has inaugurated its first-ever endowment,
with the goal of gathering alumni donations to
enhance our self-sustainability and amplify our
presence and influence as a business school among
the IIT community

VD-KD:

Every month, the Alumni Committee releases a series of videos and
a magazine titled ‘VGSoM Diaries,’ featuring student achievements,
campus life, and various events. These media channels play a crucial
role in maintaining and nurturing the connection between alumni and
the institute.

Alumni Meet (Smaran):

The Alumni Meet is an event that enables alumni to revisit cherished
memories from their past and engage with fellow alumni, current
students, former students, and faculty members.
