Submission Guidelines

Participation in the colloquium will enormously benefit students who are dealing with aspects and issues related to the themes of this conference. Research papers and cases based on research, experience, or promising ideas focusing on any of the stated objectives and themes of the any management are invited. The papers will be selected on the basis of their potential to contribute towards the theme of the conference. All papers will be assessed by a panel of experts based on their research proposals.

Full Paper specific details

Please submit a full research paper in max. 15 pages (excluding references). Your paper should cover the following aspects:

Abstract specific details

Please submit an extended abstract of the paper in min.1,500 and max.2,500 words (excluding references). Your abstract should cover the following aspects:

  • Incomplete submissions will not be sent out for review.

Formatting of the Paper or extended abstract

  • The entire submission must be in ONE document using Portable Document Format (.pdf)format
  • Figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) Style Guide.
  • Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double spaced, 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around, and 8.5” × 11” page setting. References maybe single spaced.
  • To facilitate the blind review process, remove ALL author-identifying information, including acknowledgments, from 2nd page onwards of the uploaded document. Self-references that give away the authors’ identity should also be avoided. If self-referencing is essential then it should be in third person.
