The Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT Kharagpur presents its flagship
two-year Master of Business Administration program, designed to equip
students with a contemporary management education that seamlessly
blends industry expertise and technical innovation. This visionary academic
approach incorporates a continuous evaluation system, fostering reflective
learning through case studies, group projects, and interactions with industry
professionals.
Distinguished subject-matter specialists, possessing extensive industry
knowledge, and business expertise, serve as instructors for the MBA curriculum.
Additionally, industry pioneers contribute through guest lectures, guiding
students to become socially responsible future industry leaders dedicated to
community service. The program stands out by integrating “Learning Business
Outside the Classroom”, encouraging experiential learning and collaboration
with entrepreneurs to develop practical business solutions.
Collaborating with Singapore Management University, the program provides
students with an international experiential learning opportunity, cultivating a
global visionary outlook. This immersion program involves industry leaders,
prominent academicians, and industry projects under corporate giants’
guidance, ensuring the application of academic principles to real-world
circumstances.
The curriculum’s effectiveness is further enhanced by a mandatory two-month
summer internship module. During this period, students work closely with
