Dr. Srinivasan is an Assistant professor in the area
of Human Resource Management and Organization
Behaviour. He teaches Organizational Behavior, Human Prof. Mookherjee’s experience includes 15 yrs. of
Resource Management, Organization Design, Change Industrial Research, Manufacturing, Operations, Joint
and Transformation, HR Analytics, Compensation Venture set up in the field of metal cutting tool and Powder
Management & Industrial Relations. His research interest Metallurgy. Post his industrial stint, he migrated to SAP
is in Change Management, employee engagement, project Implementation and Management, Business
Human & Technology interaction. He has received his Consulting, IT Outsourcing, Program management and
Ph.D. in OB & HR from IIT Madras, and he was a visiting IT Service sales for global clients. During this period of
scholar at the University of Duisburg and Essen, Germany 18 years, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and
(DAAD Fellow). He has published in various peer- IBM India.

Ph.D. (IISc, Bangalore)
Prof. Sangeeta Sahney has served as a faculty member Production & Operations Mangement
at U.P. Technical University and IIT Roorkee, before
joining IIT Kharagpur. With a specialization in Marketing, Prof. M. Vimala Rani obtained her Ph.D. degree in
Prof. Sahney also teaches Organizational Behavior Operations Management from Indian Institute of Science
and Human Resources Management. Prof. Sahney’s (IISc), Bangalore. She has received a Gold medal and
research interests include studies in Consumer Behavior, the Best Ph.D. thesis award by the council of IISc. After
Organizational Behavior and Quality Management her Ph.D., she has worked as IISc Research Associate
in education. Prof. Sahney has been seconded by for one year at the Department of Management Studies,
MHRD to teach at AIT, Bangkok twice, in 2009 and IISc. She also worked as an Assistant Professor at Amrita
2016. Prof. Sahney has authored a book on Consumer School of Business, Bangalore. Her research interest is
Behavior published by Oxford University Press. She has in developing the mathematical and heuristic algorithms
authored several papers in peer reviewed national and for the problems related to Industrial Engineering and
