Relationship Management, Retirement Management, Team Building, Competency Management, HR analytics,
Professional Excellence, HRM, Business Ethics, CSR, Self-development and effective habits. She is a gold medalist
in Applied Psychology, winner of Dr Devasenapathy Young Scientist award and Best professor in HRM 2019 by World
HRD Congress. Prof. Mukhopadhyay has also conducted short term courses, MDPs in company programmes for several
institutes and companies across industries. She has published many papers in peer reviewed International Journals. Prof.
Mukhopadhyay has also developed several NPTEL courses and is a regular reviewer and part of the review editorial board
of International Journals.
