Admission
Process
Applicants from India and abroad apply to VGSoM every year. VGSoM gets
these applications based purely on its academic excellence. GMAT score is
considered for applicants abroad, while Indian applicants can apply using
their Common Admission Test (CAT) scores. Both these exams are amongst the
most competitive exams across the globe. The basic qualification for admission
to VGSoM is a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or a
first-class Master’s degree in Science (with Mathematics or Statistics at the
bachelor’s level), Economics, or Commerce. In addition to the CAT / GMAT
scores of the applicants, other factors like academic consistency and work
experience are also taken into account during the admission process. The
shortlisted applicants are further subjected to personal interviews conducted.
The college aims to identify and select students who have the necessary
aptitude and the right attitude to be groomed for a career in management.
