Prof. Abhijeet Chandra
Prof. Abhijeet Chandra has more than 7 year post-Ph.D. experience. He offers graduate
Ph.D. (JMI, New Delhi), and post-graduate level courses in Corporate Finance, Cost & Management Accounting,
Post Doc (IIT Madras) and Investment Management. Prof. Chandra has research interests in the areas of
Behavioral & Personal Finance, Financial Markets and Asset Pricing.

Dr. Ajay Kumar Mishra has more than four years of teaching and research experience in
Prof. Ajay Kumar Mishra the Finance area. He received his Ph.D. in finance from IBS Hyderabad in 2014. He was
a visiting research scholar in the Fogelman College of Business and Economics (FCBE)
Ph.D. (IBS, IFHE at the University of Memphis during 2011-2012. Prior to joining Ph.D. programme,

Prof. Amit Upadhyay
Dr. Amit Upadhyay did his postdoctoral research at NUS Singapore and PolyU Hong Kong.
Ph.D. (IIT Delhi) His research interests include Operations Research, Railway analytics, Transportation
and Logistics management. He has published in reputed international journals and
Production & Operations conferences. His analytics models are also being used by Container Corporation of
Management India, Procter & Gamble, and GatewayRail for efficient operations planning.

Prof. Anupam Ghosh Prof. Anupam Ghosh has more than 14 years of teaching experience in the areas of
Supply Chain Management and Marketing. He has offered courses at the post-graduate
Ph.D. (ICFAI University) and doctoral level in Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing
and Materials Management, and International Marketing. He was a Visiting Scholar at
Production & Operations Bentley University, Waltham, MA, USA during 2004-05. He has worked on research
Management projects on Information visibility in supply chain, fare fixation for public transportation
system etc.
Prof. Aradhna Malik Dr. Aradhna Malik has been serving the Indian Institute of Technology as Faculty
since 2008. She teaches organizational communication, business ethics, human
resource management and organizational behavior to Undergraduate, Masters and
Ph.D. (University of Doctoral level students. She has served in diverse roles both in India and abroad.

Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) on some of the areas mentioned above. Dr.
General Management Malik has been serving as the Associate Copy Editor of Asian English as a Foreign
Organizational Behavior & Language Journal (AEFL Journal) since 2009, and has recently been nominated as the
National Representative (India) of the International Study Association of Teachers &
Human Resources Teaching (ISATT).
Prof. Arun Kumar Misra After completing Ph.D., Prof. Arun Kumar Misra has worked in Banking Sector for
about 7 years and then joined VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur. Prof. Misra’s areas of research
Ph.D. (IIT Bombay) include banking, capital market, corporate finance and market microstructure. Prof.
Misra derives his competencies from the work experience in banks where he supervised
Finance & Accounting risk management, ALM and Basel guidelines implementations.
